With just a Name Change, Your Proposal+5 becomes your Annotated Bibliography!

-Riddle about Fate: Fate is something that has multiple beliefs. People like to have two very different sides on fate. Some think fate is real and that their actions are predetermined and what happens will happen no matter what. Others do not believe in fate, those people think everything is in their control. Genetics are a spot where people who don’t believe in fate can be countered. People are born with certain features that are predetermined. Fate is possibly able to explain that. However, there are almost just too many variables in play to believe in fate. There are just too many factors into situations. “Everything happens for a reason.” That statement can both indicate a belief in fate and also not indicate a belief in fate.
-Annotated Bibliography: The annotated bibliography is due April 18th before class. The bibliography should contain 10-15 quality sources. The layout should be changed as well. The sources that were used should now say how they were used instead of the intention in which they are going to be used. The sources written down should end up being the most useful sources.

-Riddle: “Everything Happens for a Reason” saying I feel as if this is true. I believe in fate, because I think that everything in your life happens for a reason and for a lesson. The 4 statements we had to read in my eyes all aligned and were fate, because I think that everything happens for a reason.
-For Proposal +5 we need to change the name to Annotated Bibliography and add all of our sources, that add up to 10-15 total sources. This is due on Wednesday, and we need to share background and how we end up using the source. Make the link to the source how we would do it in our references section.
-For our references section for our research paper we can change the links to make them look cleaner, and by making the link clickable.
-For our research paper we need to make sure that we are using proper grammar and punctuation so that we do not fail.

If you can change your fate, fate doesn’t exist. (unless stepping out of line was your fate).
There’s 2 questions in the word ‘why’. a) consequence b) what will I do about it?
Restrict your annotated bibliography to 10-15 sources.
An annotated bibliography is different from a reference list because of the fact that the annotated bibliography annotates the reference (the background of the reference and how you used it).
People will plead guilty to crimes if they think the alternative will be worse.
The annotated bibliography should contain a variety of sources (popular media, studies, books, journals).
Inform your reader of the argument value of your source.
Center your title.
References — no capital, underline, bold, or italization for the word reference. Just center it.
Paste the URL into the title of the article. Then, you won’t need the messy URL.
‘The grammar basics’ — these are the basic mistakes Professor Hodges will flag you for in your portfolio pieces. Know difference between their/there/they’re. Don’t use 2nd person.
Never waste a sentence in preparation for your point.
Arguing with yourself is not a rebuttal argument.
Every sentence needs to express your convictions.

the fate riddle is the free will argument. I don’t know whether or not determinism is compatible with free will.
choose the person your reader is most likely to agree with and refute them for the rebuttal argument.

-Riddle about Fate: “Everything happens for a reason” This quote could represent fate or it could not. It is kind of up to what you believe.
-Annotated Bibliography is due Wednesday and you will need more than 5 sources. You should have many sources from doing your 3 1000 word essays. Make sure the sources are cited like they are in your references page. A good range of sources is 10-15. This is because there is a broad range of credible sources.

Fate exists, it just isn’t entirely dictated by humans, maybe human dominos aren’t important. Heck earth isn’t important in this context. The fate of every person is to die, how they die is unimportant, the fate of our solar system is to die. Despite everything we do the universe will eventually die out, the galaxy will merge with andromnia. But that isn’t an excuse to be a bad person, everyone’s life matters. (this sounds like i mean some lives are more important than others, but no I just mean some lives will have a greater impact on the status quo of everything)

-We discuss in class how we can change our life story. We discussed it if you can change your fate then it wasn’t fate. We used an example of a domino effect. In a way that when all the dominos fall you can change it by stepping out of the line.
-Riddle Everything happens for a reason we discuss how fate was involved when it comes to the story. Everything happens for a reason. The mother got drunk knowing she had a kid and drove, crashed. It was fate. The kid was driving minding his business and got into this accident. Its fate was just there at the wrong time.
-Annotated Bibliography is due Wednesday and You need around 10 sources and we were supposed to add onto it while doing the 1000 word essays but if you didn’t do it then do it now. Also discuss examples of how we are supposed to write the article in the proper way to receive the best grade

Riddle: Some people believe everything happens for a reason, that their life is a plan they’ve been put into and just living it out. Others believe that they are in control of the simulation they take part in.“Everything happens for a reason” is really left up to the receiver of the statement.
Annotated Bibliography: This is due before Wednesday 17, 2023, and should consist of your proposal +5 and an additional 5 to 10 resources found to support the 3,000-word essay due this past Sunday.
Grammar in writing: to avoid a low grade, double-checking grammar and spelling would benefit students.
When calling out the opposition, call out the flaws in their argument without addressing your own.

Riddle: with enough self control we can overcome our natural instincts. You either have that ability to control yourself or you don’t. “Everything happens for a reason”

Annotated Bibliography: change “How I Intended to Use It” to “How I Used It”. Keep it brief but not too broad.
Input on Riddle: Fate vs Free Will. In my opinion, we have fate but how we get there is a matter of free will choices. An example could be: My fate is that I’m going to die, how I get to that point depends on my actions.
