I love the idea that any sort of hands-on experience, especially creative artistic experiences, can be therapeutic, ThatPersonOverThere. Today we went explored the possibility that the GREATEST value might come from the tactile, physical interaction with the medium as compared to a digital simulation of that experience. I’m hoping you’ll investigate whether holding a brush and applying paint to canvas, for example, is more therapeutic than moving a mouse or stroking a tablet.
