    Good topic, Calm&Patient 🙂
I understand “mindfulness” is currently a big deal, but I also fear it might not mean very much.
Clearly, a patient’s state of mind will contribute significantly to how she contends with her diagnosis, how she responds to setbacks or to meeting convalescent goals, etc. Calling a patient’s state of mind “mindfulness” doesn’t seem, to me, to add much value to the conversation.
But it’s likely I don’t understand what’s so special about mindfulness.
One thing is certain: it will be very easy to gather a bunch of sources that champion the effectiveness of mindfulness in easing tension, calming patients, enhancing healing.
What to your mind is the value of gathering those testimonials into a collection that will persuade readers that mindfulness has some therapeutic value? Does anybody dispute that claim?

    Schedule a Zoom Conference.
I’m eager to discuss this topic with you.
