  4. Crying helps release bad thoughts and increases our mood
  5. People suffering from depression should cry more to improve their mood.
  6. Crying is a tool that, when used frequently, can increase the mood to a more positive one in people suffering from depressive disorders. 

Revised: Crying is a tool that can increase the mood to a more positive one in college students who face stressors and anxiety.
