Vancouver has amounted to being the home to many drug addicts, their drug of choice being heroin. The city has set up safe sites and ever day these addicts take charge by attending the provided clinics that keep them from committing crime and using street drugs. In return, these addicts receive doses of heroin through clean needles in a clean environment. As long as the addicts continue to keep the crime rate down and they are not doing heroin in the streets of Vancouver, they will continue to receive the heroin provided at these safe zones.
